Being part of the high school basketball team was more than just playing a sport; it was a transformative experience. It instilled in me the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. The countless hours of practice taught me how to push my limits, both physically and mentally, and how to work collaboratively towards a common goal. Dealing with wins and losses taught me resilience and sportsmanship, while the camaraderie forged with my teammates created bonds that extended beyond the court. Ultimately, basketball shaped me into a more disciplined, resilient, and team-oriented individual, equipping me with valuable life skills that I will carry forward.

Played for Kings, HLC and Mad City Mambas AAU basketball teams from 2020 to 2024, competing in various regional and national tournaments, including a Great Lakes Showcase championship win in 2023. Competitive basketball, especially AAU basketball, is much more than a game. It offers a unique opportunity to develop critical life skills like coachability, teamwork, and resilience. ".

I gained valuable experience working with children aged 7-12. My responsibilities included assisting coaches with drills and demonstrations, supervising campers during activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. I helped organize equipment, set up and clean up camp facilities, and provided positive reinforcement to campers. I also participated in games and activities, fostering a fun and engaging learning environment. This experience honed my communication and teamwork skills, and I learned the importance of patience and adaptability when working with young athletes.

I plan to double Major in Computer Engineering and Mathematical Engineering with the ultimate goal of a career in Software Engineering/Development. .

My high school experience was defined by a strong commitment to academics, culminating in a 3.7 GPA while undertaking the challenges of Advanced Placement coursework. I consistently sought opportunities to expand my knowledge and analytical skills through rigorous classes such as AP Chemistry and Algebra. This dedication not only prepared me well for the academic demands of college but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for learning and intellectual growth.
